Samuel has started getting brave this week and trying new things as far as moving more independently. He will go from kneeling at the bench in his room to sitting, the go to hands and knees and back to sitting. Can't wait for him to put it all together and start hopefully crawling. I've started helping him crawl down the hall on occasion. He can move his hands but I really feel like there is a small disconnect between his brain and his legs. So, I just keep reminding him they are there. haha
Samuel's also been getting most of his molars at once which has left us tired and super snotty, which hasn't been fun for him and has been a little yucky for me. haha
Work has kept Scott super busy this week as they figured out they are way off their timeline and deadline for getting things done. So it looks like things won't be slowing down for him at all for awhile.
I taught my first solo water fitness class yesterday morning! It went well! I want to thank everyone who prayed for me because I wasn't nervous at all and was able to give the 8 ladies that showed up a pretty decent class for my first one. I've discovered that I can't work off a cheat sheet like most instructors do, it makes me to nervous and distracted and less fluid. So, I did it my way and it worked. :) I have another class next Saturday morning and then an evening class Monday the 23rd and then I am done for awhile as Samuel and I will be visiting family in August. Which I'm really excited about!
I'll be helping out this week in the Nursery at Church for VBS, I have to be there at 8a.m. and VBS is from 9-12. This will be an interesting week as I've never had to have both Samuel and myself ready and somewhere by 8am every single day of the week. Pray I manage my time well.
We have Family Day for Scott's unit tomorrow, which should be a fun change of pace. I'll be sure to take some pictures and post them early next week.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
Love to all,
The Paige Family
7/17/12 Wow I've been so busy that I am really late in looking at your latest blog. I just love that I get to see Samuel here and hope Jes will start a blog for her little one as well. I especially love it when you post videos. It makes me smile and somehow feel connected to Samuel. Love you all,
